Gift cards are delivered by email with no additional processing fees. They are issued in EUR, but can be used in any currency at checkout. Please allow up to one hour for delivery after ordering.
Our gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue.
Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders above 150 CHF. We ship with GLS and expected delivery time is 3 - 5 days
Shipping fee for orders below 150 CHF is 12,95 CHF
Note that we ship DDP and that means no extra fees, customs or charges are added to your order.
We strive to dispatch orders the same day if submitted before 2 pm CEST. All items are shipped within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary during sales periods or certain seasons.
